Em particular, o Presidente do STJ apelou \u00e0 especial aten\u00e7\u00e3o da Assembleia Nacional, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o de soberania com compet\u00eancia legislativa na mat\u00e9ria, para a necessidade de se revisitar, com alguma prioridade, o estatuto remunerat\u00f3rio dos Magistrados Judiciais, que vai para mais de 25 anos que n\u00e3o conhece qualquer incremento.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">O Presidente do STJ aproveitou ainda a ocasi\u00e3o para informar o Presidente da Assembleia Nacional da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o este ano, em Cabo Verde, do f\u00f3rum dos Supremos Tribunais de Justi\u00e7a da CPLP, evento que dever\u00e1 trazer ao nosso Pa\u00eds os Presidentes dos mais altos Tribunais Judiciais de Angola, Guin\u00e9 Bissau, Guin\u00e9-Equatorial, Macau, Mo\u00e7ambique, Portugal, S\u00e3o Tom\u00e9 e Pr\u00edncipe e Timor Leste<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Presidente do STJ recebido pelo Presidente da Assembleia Nacional \u00a0 O Presidente do Supremo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, Juiz Conselheiro Benfeito Mosso Ramos, foi recebido no dia 30 de janeiro, pelo Presidente da Assembleia Nacional, Dr. Austelino Correia.
