Zaida Gisele Lima da Luz, extra\u00eddo dos Boletins Oficial n\u00ba178, de 19 de outubro e 181, de 24 de outubro, por delibera\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Superior da Magistratura&nbsp; Judicial, (CSMJ) foi feita por concurso p\u00fablico aberto a magistrados na carreira de Ju\u00edzes desembargadores.<\/p>\n<p>Perante o Presidente da Rep\u00fablica, o Presidente da Assembleia Nacional, o Presidente do Tribunal Constitucional, o Presidente do Supremo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a,&nbsp;da Ministra de Justi\u00e7a, do Presidente do Tribunal de Contas,&nbsp; do Procurador-geral da Rep\u00fablica,&nbsp;do Presidente do CSMJ e os seus membros vogais, e do j\u00fari do referido&nbsp; concurso&nbsp; &nbsp; os dois novos conselheiros prestaram juramento \u00e0 na\u00e7\u00e3o cabo-verdiana e respeito pela Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e demais leis da Rep\u00fablica, aceitando o desafio que lhes \u00e9 encarregue em prol da dignidade da Justi\u00e7a Cabo-verdiana.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Presidente da Rep\u00fablica confere posse a dois novos conselheiros do Supremos Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a O Supremo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Cabo Verde passa a contar com dois novos ju\u00edzes conselheiros empossados nesta quarta-feira, 2 de novembro, pelo Presidente da Rep\u00fablica de Cabo Verde, Dr. Jos\u00e9 Maria Neves.
