Conselheiro Especial S\u00e9nior dos Estados Unidos da Am\u00e9rica<\/strong><\/h4><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><p>O Presidente do Supremo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, Juiz Conselheiro Benfeito Mosso Ramos, recebeu, no dia 25 de fevereiro de 2026, uma visita de cortesia do Dr. Carlos Rodrigues, Conselheiro Especial S\u00e9nior do Gabinete de Assuntos Internacionais da Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios dos Estados Unidos da Am\u00e9rica.<\/p><p>O referido Conselheiro encontra-se em Cabo Verde no \u00e2mbito de uma miss\u00e3o de assist\u00eancia t\u00e9cnica promovida pelos Estados Unidos da Am\u00e9rica ao Conselho Superior da Magistratura Judicial, orientada para a troca de experi\u00eancias sobre o instituto do <em>Plea Bargaining<\/em> (Acordo Negocial Penal), t\u00f3pico que tem vindo a suscitar crescente em diversas jurisdi\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>O encontro constituiu uma ocasi\u00e3o para o interc\u00e2mbio de ideias em torno das potencialidades desse mecanismo processual, nomeadamente no que ao seu contributo para a melhoria da celeridade e da efici\u00eancia Justi\u00e7a, objectivos que t\u00eam estado na ordem do dia em Cabo
